Conditions of application exclusively for new residential customers of the Lampiris “Come and Leave without Termination Charges” offer

The “Come and Leave without Termination Charges” exclusive advantage applies to new residential customers signing a contract with Lampiris for the supply of electricity and/or gas solely for their domestic use.
Customers must indicate the date on which they want their Lampiris supply contract to start in order to avoid the application of termination charges by their previous supplier. Lampiris will respect the date indicated if it is technically possible or will inform the customer accordingly.

Leave without termination charges

Lampiris offers all new residential customers the possibility to terminate their Lampiris contract at any time, without charges and without any formalities to be accomplished vis-à-vis Lampiris. The switch to the new supplier will be implemented in accordance with the time limits imposed by the market’s technical operating rules (such as the maximum number of changes of supplier per customers per year and the switch processing time). This possibility is valid as long as the customer is supplied with electricity or gas by Lampiris.
